Get ready to party on a luxurious yacht as we cruise along the beautiful Dubai coastline. Enjoy music, entertainment, and breathtaking views.

Arabian Gala Night

Embark on a night of enchantment at our Arabian Gala! Immerse yourself in the allure of Arabian culture with mesmerizing performances, delectable cuisine, and an ambiance that transports you to the heart of the Middle East.

These events will be provided at no cost to our guests. Further details regarding each event will be shared with you soon. Please mark your calendars!

Desert safari

Feel the excitement as we traverse the golden sands, witness breathtaking sunsets, and indulge in a night of entertainment under the starlit desert sky. Join us for an unforgettable journey into the heart of the dunes. Get ready to create memories that will last a lifetime!

In addition to the main events, there may be other optional organized activities available at an additional cost. We will provide you with more information about these activities as we progress. You will also have some free time to explore and engage in personal activities during the trip.

Hotel Accommodation

To ensure a unified experience, we have arranged accommodation for the entire crew at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers. We have secured a group flat rate of AED 500 (approximately $136 USD) net per night for both single and double occupancy rooms. Guests staying less than five nights will be charged AED 520 (approximately $142 USD) per night.

We highly recommend making your reservation as soon as possible to assist our planning team. Payment for your room accommodation can be made up to one month prior to departure.

Hotel Payments

Payment links for hotel reservations will be sent out in February to guest email addresses (provided during booking), and after that guests will have 4 days to make the payment via those secured links provided by the hotel.

VISA INFORMATION

For guests with passports that need visas to the United Arabs Emirates, please this is FYI:

Due to the volatility in processing fees, we cannot give you exact figures now as we are a few months away and these fees fluctuate. But for planning purposes, we want to give you what to expect in advance.

1. Visa validity is usually 2-3 months, so it will be best to start sending in applications for processing only by February/March, so it is still valid in April.

2. Processing fees as of today stand within the range of 650-750 AED, circa 110,000 - 127,000 FCFA. This might be higher or lower by February/March 2024. So just bear that in mind.

3. Below is what will be needed for visa processing:

Visa requirement for kids from 0 to 18yrs old:

• Birth Certificate

• A4 Picture (Digital)

Visa requirements for adults 18yrs old and above:

• Passport Copy

• A4 Picture (Digital)

FLIGHT TICKETS

Guests are encouraged to take the necessary steps for their flight tickets asap while they are still very affordable, do not wait for the last minutes, as prices will go up as the days get closer to the event. The many colors for the Arabian Gala Night is for everyone to choose from, and for the gents to blend in with their ladies as necessary maybe with their shirts, ties, etc. with the Elegant Black or Sapphire Blue Suits.
